Jump Start Fitness
Outline of service: JumpStart
runs funded fitness and nutrition sessions for families who live in
tower blocks in 4 areas in Bristol: once a week we play fitness games,
challenges, races and boxing skills, on the grassy area right by the
flats where they live. Ouractivities develop Physical fitness, but also
focus, team work, healthy competition and leadership.
